XAT Application fee has been increased from INR 1800 to INR 2000. For every additional XLRI program chosen, a fee of INR 200 will be charged. It must be noted that XLRI will not offer any relaxation in XAT Application fee for candidates belonging to the reserved categories (SC/ ST/ PwD).

Candidates should note that the complete process of filling XAT Application Form 2023 is online. A few steps have to be followed to ensure successful registration for XAT 2023 exam. Given below are the detailed steps for filling XAT Application form.
XAT 2023 exam conducting body XLRI, Jamshedpur will provide an opportunity to candidates to retrieve their forgotten login credentials in case they lose the same. It's quite common to do so, thus candidates are generally advised to save the password somewhere on mail draft or drive or write it down.
Ques. When will XAT 2023 Registration start?
Ans. XAT 2023 Registration has started from August 10, 2022. XLRI has released the application forms on the official website- xatonline.in. The application forms are now available till December 11, 2022.
Ques. Does XLRI provide the option to edit the details entered in XAT application form?
Ans. No, XLRI does not provide any separate form correction facility to edit the details entered in XAT application form. However, in crucial circumstances, XLRI may consider the request to change a few details. For this, the candidates need to raise a query on their login dashboard by clicking on the ‘Any Query/ Ask Us’ tab.
Ques. I am in my final year of graduation, can I fill XAT 2023 application form?
Ans. Yes, final year students will be eligible to fill XAT 2023 application form provided you complete your graduation by June 2023. In such cases, candidates will have to enter the details of the marks obtained in the last semester while filling XAT application form. However, such candidates will be required to provide their bachelor’s degree/ provisional certificate and mark sheet by the end of the admission year.
Ques: What are the reasons for the rejection of XAT Application Form?
Ans: XAT Application Form might get rejected due to incomplete application in any of the following respects- not uploading photo and signature as per the correct specifications, failure to pay XAT Registration Fee, and candidate’s face being unclear in the uploaded photograph.
Ques. How do I apply for XLRI Delhi BM program?
Ans. To apply for XLRI Delhi BM program, you need to fill XAT application form and select the choice of the program as BM and the campus preference as Delhi. To apply for XLRI programs, you need to pay an additional fee of INR 200 per program.
Login on the official website using XAT login credentials generated in the above-mentioned step. Candidates will be required to fill in a lot of important information like personal details, academic qualifications, work experience, exam city preferences, program details, etc. while XAT Registration 2023. It is not mandatory to provide work experience details in XAT Registration form. However, candidates possessing relevant work experience after graduation must add the same.

This is the last step in XAT Registration. On successful payment of the application fee, candidates will receive a confirmation message on their respective phone number and email id regarding the successful completion of XAT Registration 2023. Candidates need to keep this email for future correspondence and it should not be deleted at any cost.

Ques. How to retrieve XAT Application Number and Password?
Ans. To retrieve XAT Application Number, candidates can check their email for XAT registration ID. To retrieve XAT password, follow the below steps:
If one does not receive the registration number and password, they must check the spam/junk folder. If the mail still cannot be located, contact admis@xlri.ac.in mentioning your email ID. Candidates can also call the helpline numbers: +91 657 665 3203 and +91 657 665 3204.

Ans. To apply for XAT Member Institutes, follow the below steps:
Ques. What should I do if there is a lot of delay in accessing the XAT application page?
Ans. Speed for online application on the Internet is based on factors like Internet Speed, the number of applicants trying to register the application at the same time, etc. Therefore, if you are not able to get the pages for registration immediately, please retry after a gap of 15 minutes or at off-peak hours during the night.
Ques. How do I know that my application for XAT 2023 is registered?
Ans. Successful Registration is indicated by the Page displayed after clicking on the Submit Button indicating the generated "XAT ID". Please note down the same carefully, and preserve it. If you do not preserve it, you will not be able to Re-Print the Application and download the Admit Card.
Ques. How do I re-confirm that my XAT application is saved?
Ans. In case of doubt about the successful Registration, candidates are advised to visit the Page for Re-Print of Application, generate the Printout and preserve the soft copy and hard copy (printout) of the Application.
Ques. I got a Blank / Zero XAT ID after the submission of the application online. What to do?
Ans. In rare cases, Candidates may get a Zero (0) XAT ID with a valid Password. Candidates are advised to Re-register the Application and check the Printout through the Re-Print Application.
Ques. By registering and paying for XAT 2023, am I eligible for XLRI and other Associate Member Institutes?
Ans. Candidates interested in XLRI need to apply for the programs of their choice. Please note that each institution independently decides the weightage to be given for each of the test components on the basis of its needs. XLRI does not play any role in the selection of candidates in these institutes. For XAT Associate Member Institutes (refer XAT Associate Institutes website) XAT is a common test for admission into academic programs of XLRI.
Ques. I have done 5 years integrated course, so how will I enter my percentage?
Ans. Candidates who have done 5 years integrated course can fill up the same percentage for graduation and post-graduation.
Ans. If your profile is suitable for the specialization that you have opted for and you didn’t get a call based on your profile, then a CAT score of 95-96 can get you a call. But it is not necessarily true that everyone with a score of around 96+ will get a score-based call. They evaluate profiles too for shortlisting. 96-97 is a decent score for XAT. Ans. Some XAT aspirants might have already been receiving calls from IIMs before they write XAT. While the others who did not will be all the more determined to qualify XAT. Ans. Yes, as the questions are a bit more difficult than CAT in both quant and English. VARC can be a bit difficult, if you have not focussed on topics of critical reasoning and decision making in your class. Quant sees a number of questions from inequality, progression, boolean algebra, PnC and the general level is higher than CAT. The percentile-score balance and cut-offs for top 5 colleges which accept XAT scores, have low requirements. People aren't able to get those scores also because the exam is tough. XAT is easier because it is largely predictable. CAT is famous for being very unpredictable. So XAT is tougher than CAT by the level of questions asked. Ans. JBIMS is a well-known management institute located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Ans. SPJIMR According to the information available, the expected cutoff for SP Jain Institute of Management for both profile-based and normal calls through CAT and XAT is not released yet. Ans. JBIMS, Mumbai is a highly respected management institute in India that offers a variety of programs including MHRD, MMS, M.Sc Finance, and Part-time MBA. Admissions to JBIMS MMS are divided into two categories: "Maharashtra State Candidates" and "Other than Maharashtra State Candidates."
