Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' interacted with students today at a live session to answer questions about the CBSE Boards 2021 exams. While responding to the most frequently asked question, will the CBSE Board Exam 2021 be postponed? 'Pokhriyal said that if the situation remains the same if the exams have to be postponed, then we will make a decision. During his live webinar on Twitter, he announced that the CBSE exams would be conducted in offline mode.

The CBSE 2021 Practical Exam for Classes 10 and 12 will also be conducted at the school level. The matter will be discussed further if the situation is not correct at that time. Students are also asking the Ministry of Education to reduce the syllabus by 50%. In response, he stated that the CBSE Board Exams 2021 syllabus will not be further reduced. For all subjects, the syllabus has already been reduced by 30%.

Many students raised doubts about the re-opening of schools. Answering the question, Pokhriyal said, 17 countries have opened their schools, although attendance is very low.
