VITEEE Cutoff 2023 is going to be released for each engineering stream, with higher and lower cutoffs based on candidate preferences. Candidates who are going to score 118 or higher would most likely be in the range of 1-250. Candidates with marks of less than 31 are going to be put into 20,000 or lower rank.
Candidates on the merit list are going to be called to participate in VITEEE Counselling. The counselling is going to be conducted on the basis of Rank Lists prepared as per the candidate’s percentile score in the examination. VIT Amaravati and Bhopal campuses are relatively new, so the cutoff of these institutes is not available currently. However, candidates can check VITEEE cutoff for VIT Chennai and Vellore campuses in the article.

Ques. What is the Equipercentile Method followed by VITEEE?
Ans. VITEEE 2023 is going to be held in multiple slots and days. The exam held on each slot is called a ‘test form’ by the University. To ensure that the level of difficulty in each test form is equal, the University follows the equipercentile method.
Ques. What are the factors responsible for determining VITEEE Cutoff 2023?
Ans. The factors responsible for determining the VITEEE 2023 cutoffs:
Ques. Does VIT announce the official VITEEE cut off?
Ans. VIT does not officially announce the cut off for VITEEE 2023. It would be available as a closing rank. Checking the cut off would give an idea about the individual’s admission chances. The cut off is going to give them an idea about the ranks they need to achieve for an entrance test. It is different as per program and campus. Those candidates who score from 118 and above marks is going to achieve 1-250 rank range, 400-250 is going to achieve 500-250 is going to achieve 500-250 rank range. Those with less than 31 marks is going to have rank 20,000 or below it.
Ques. How much time is generally spent on one VIT counselling slot?
Ans. There are a total of 2-3 VIT counselling slots in a day. 3-4 hours are generally spent in every single slot. You have to appear for counselling with all the required documents.
Ques. How can I check my VIT counselling status?
Ans. VIT University publishes the counseling status after conducting each counseling session. The candidates can check their VITEEE 2023 Counselling status online at vit.ac.in. With the help of the counselling status, candidates get to know the number of vacant seats in each BTech course at VIT campuses.
Ques. What are Group A and Group B in VIT?
Ans. The branches in VIT are divided into two groups – Group A and Group B. Since Group B includes more in demand branches, its tuition fees are more than Group A (roughly by INR 70,000).
