    TS ICET 2023 Application Form (Out): Check Dates, Form Correction, Registration Fees, & Process

    Successfully registered candidates can download their TS ICET 2023 Admit Card from the 3rd week of May 2023 (tentative). The admit card can be downloaded by visiting the official portal (icet.tsche.ac.in) and entering the registration number and date of birth.

    How to fill TS ICET Application Form

    How to fill TSICET Application Form 2023?

    Candidates are required to visit the official website in order to register themselves and fill out the online application. The registration for TS ICET involved 4 main steps viz.

    Step 1 – Registration

    1. Visit theofficial website of TSICET : https://tsicet.nic.in/
    2. Click on the ‘Apply Online’
    3. ‘Registration Fee Payment Procedure’ page will appear on the screen
    4. After completing the registration procedure, a transaction ID will be generated which can be used for logging into the user account.

    Step 2 – Payment of Application Fees

    • TSICET 2023 application form fee had to be paid in advance through online mode only.
    • Application Fees vary category-wise. The general category candidates must pay an application fee of INR 650. Those from the reserved category have to pay a sum of INR 450 as the application fee.
    • Applications can be submitted after the due date too, but a late fee will be applicable candidates fail to submit the application form within the deadline.
    • Applicants have the option of paying the application fee either through Debit/Credit card/ Net banking or TS Online/AP Online/meeSeva (e-Seva).

    Step 3 – TS ICET Application Form Filling

    • Aspirants can then proceed to fill out the application form for TSICET 2023.
    • Before beginning with the form filling process, candidates need to enter the following details: Payment Reference ID, Transaction ID, and last qualifying exam admit card number (the last exam taken or appearing in)
    • Once the fee has been paid and an acknowledgment receipt is received, candidates can proceed to fill in their personal and educational details.
    • After completing the form-filling process, candidates will be redirected to the process of uploading important documents.

    Step 4 – Upload Documents

    • Applicants upload a colored passport size photograph along with an image of their signature.
    • The specifications for documents are given below
    1. Photograph Format: jpg/jpeg; Size: less than 30 KB
    2. Signature Format: jpg/jpeg; Size: less than 15 KB
    • After uploading the documents, click on submit.
    • A ‘Confirmation Page’ will appear on your screen.
    • Take a printout to the application form and save it for future use. This is what it will look like:

    As mentioned above, TSICET 2023 Application Form varies category-wise. The general category candidates had to pay an application fee of INR 650. Those from the reserved category were to submit a sum of INR 450 as the application fee. Candidates were provided with the choice of either of the two options given below to pay the fee for TS ICET.

    Option 1 – AP Online / e-Seva/ Mee Seva

    1. Select the preferred Registration Fee payment mode as AP Online / e-Seva/ Mee Seva
    2. This will be followed by the ‘Payment Verification’ web page
    3. Fill in the Transaction ID
    4. Click on ‘Proceed to Online Application form filling’ following which the Online TSICET 2023 Application Form will appear on the screen.

    Option 2 – Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking

    1. Click on the online payment option.
    2. On the ‘Payment Gateway’, select the card type (VISA or MasterCard or Maestro).
    3. Click ‘Make Payment’.
    4. Enter card details such as Card number, Expiry date / From Date, Security Code / CVV number, etc.
    5. Click ‘Pay Now.
    6. Candidates must make sure that during the payment process, they must not click the ‘Back / Refresh’ button or close the browser page abruptly. The payment process usually takes a couple of minutes.
    7. The candidate will be directed to the bank Site with the Authentication Page.
    8. On this page, select one of the preferred authentication options: OTP/ IPIN. Enter the details of OTP/ IPIN.
    9. If the OTP/ IPIN is correct, the transaction will be successful.
    10. Next, click on ‘Proceed to Online Application Form Filling’ and fill in the TSICET 2023 Application Form.

    • Visit TSICET 2023 official website.
    • Click on the TS ICET Form Correction link. 
    • Log in by using your credentials i.e. Application Number and Password.
    • Make the necessary changes, as required.

    Ques. What is the amount of TS ICET 2023 application fee for the candidate who belongs to SC or OBC category?

    Ans. Candidates belonging to SC or OBC category must pay INR 450 as TS ICET 2023 application fee to complete the application process and appear in the entrance test.

    Ques. Can I pay the application fee through any offline mode to sit for TSICET 2023?

    Ans. No, you cannot pay TS ICET 2023 application fee through any offline mode. To pay the required amount for the completion of the application process, you need to use the online payment mode.

    Ques. Is it necessary to save the transaction ID after the completion of the registration process for TSICET 2023? Can I change it after the application process?

    Ans. Yes, it is mandatory to save the transaction ID as with the help of this you can log in to the website for downloading TS ICET 2023 admit card or can check the result or download the scorecard. But once your registration is complete you cannot change this ID. It is generated only once for the admission process of a candidate.

    Ques. Do I need to pay any late fees on the total amount of application fees if I submit the duly filled application form after the deadline of the application process for TSICET 2023?

    Ans. Yes, for the late submission of the application form you need to pay the late fine. Till the last year, the candidate used to pay the late fine of INR 250, INR 500 and INR 1,000 but this year onwards, the candidate needs to pay only INR 250 as a late fine to submit the duly filled application form after the deadline of the application process set by the exam conducting body.

    Ques. Do I need to fill up and submit the different application forms for MCA and MBA programs to appear in TSICET 2023?

    Ans. No, for both the program, TS ICET 2023 application form is the same. No candidate needs to submit a different application form for different courses.

    Ques. Can I apply for TSICET 2023 if I belong to the ST category and secure 44% of marks in aggregate in degree courses?

    Ans. No, if you belong to ST or any other reserved category you need to secure a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate. Securing less than 45% of marks in total will not be considered to sit for TS ICET 2023 examination.

    Ques. How long the application window will remain open on the official website for TSICET 2023?

    Ans. Generally, the application window remains open on the official website of (TSCHE) Telangana State Council for Higher Education for three months. And, this year will not be different from the previous year.

    Ques. Can I change all the information on the application form of TSICET 2023 after the final submission of it?

    Ans. Yes, after the final submission of the duly filled TS ICET 2023 application form, you can change all the information except the name of the regional exam centre on the application form by login into the official website with the credential.
