For B.Tech courses:
- Age Limit: Candidates applying for TS EAMCET 2023 must be the age of 16 years as of December 31, 2023.
- Qualification: Candidates must be passed a 10+2 intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
- Subjects: Candidates must have Physics, and Mathematics along with optional subjects Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology.
- Marks: Candidates have to bring 45% marks (40% for the reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing for 10+2 in 2023 will also be eligible for TS EAMCET 2023.

Qualification: Candidates must pass a 10+2 intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
