    MAT 2023 Application Fees is increased to INR 1900 for a single paper i.e. either PBT, CBT, or IBT mode. If you are planning to appear for two modes of papers i.e. IBT+IBT, CBT+CBT, IBT+CBT/ PBT, or PBT+CBT, the application fee is INR 3050. Candidates must note that MAT registration process is the same for all 3 modes.

    Mistakes to avoid while filling MAT Application Form 2023

    • Candidates must check that their name, email address, number, and address are correctly filled in the application form.
    • Candidates must check the size, dimensions, and quality of the images uploaded. In case the picture is blurred or not as per specifications, your MAT Application form will be rejected. Check MAT Photo and Signature Upload Guidelines
    • Candidates must make sure that MAT Registration fee payment is successful and they have received the confirmation mail or message.

    How to Apply for MAT 2023?

    MAT 2023 application form is available on the official website of AIMA. Here is the step by step process to fill MAT 2023 application form:

    Step 1: Online MAT Registration

    • Open the official website of AIMA MAT.
    • The candidate will be directed to the following page.
    • Enter details such as Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Date of Birth and set a password
    • Confirm details and click on submit button
    • An OTP will be sent on the registered mobile number
    • Verify phone number using the OTP and login complete the MAT online registration

    Step 2: Fill MAT 2023 Application Form

    • Select mode of test i.e. CBT or PBT or IBT mode
    • Select test city (if applicable)
    • Enter personal details, email ID, and residential address

    Step 3: Selection of MAT 2023 Test Centers

    • Candidates can choose a maximum of 2 cities as their MAT Exam Center location.
    • Candidates must select their nearest cities as their preferred choice of the test center.
    • The test center allotted will be mentioned in the candidate's MAT 2023 Admit Card
    • For MAT IBT mode select 'Test City' from the drop-down as candidates can take the test from home.

    Candidate can recover their MAT password by following the steps given below:

    • Visit the official website and go to MAT 2023 login window.
    • Click on “forget password”
    • Provide e-mail address, mobile number, date of birth, etc. required to identify your application details
    • A link will be sent to the registered email address, click on the link to recover your password for MAT 2023.

    MAT IBT Key Requirements

    Following are the requirements that candidate needs to fulfill to sit for MAT IBT:

    • The candidate must be clearly virtually visible.
    • During the test, candidates must ensure that no other person enters the room.
    • Candidate must not use a mobile phone or any gadgets
    • A Laptop or Desktop with a Webcam is Mandatory to appear in the test.
    • A stable internet connection with minimum upload speed of at least 512 kbps is required so that the candidate faces no technical difficulties
    • The candidate should have 65MB permanent free space on the default hard drive.

    How to apply for IBT 2023?

    • Visit the official website mat.aima.in
    • Generate your login credentials by providing some basic details.
    • Login with the help of your credentials.
    • Select exam mode to appear as IBT
    • Upload scanned photograph and signature image
    • Fill in personal and academic details
    • Complete the registration process by paying the application fee of INR 1900
    • Reconfirm the details and click on the Save option to submit the form.

    Ques: What will be the application fees for MAT Registration as I am planning to apply for two modes of paper?

    Ans: The application fees will be:

    Ques: I have filled in some wrong details. How can I correct the errors in my MAT Application Form?

    Ans: While filling MAT 2023 application forms, the candidate must ensure that there are no discrepancies in the information entered as there is no provision for correcting the discrepancies later. In case of any discrepancy, your application form can be rejected.

    Ques: Is there a difference between MAT CBT, PBT, and IBT modes?

    Ans: MAT PBT (Paper-based test) is conducted on a single day and the test-takers are provided with a question paper booklet and OMR sheet at the exam center.  MAT CBT is an online mode exam that is usually conducted on 2 dates. The candidates are provided with a computer system at the test center. The questions appear on the screen and candidates need to mark the answers using the computer mouse. MAT IBT is conducted as an online home-based remote proctored test on 5-7 dates.

    Ques. Can I appear in more than one IBT mode MAT 2023 exam?

    Ans: Yes, a candidate can appear for two IBT MAT 2023 exams by paying an additional fee of INR 1150. Hence, for 1 MAT IBT, the fee will be INR 1900 and for 2 it will be INR 3050.

    Ques. What is the benefit of applying for two MAT IBT exams?

    Ans. Applying for two MAT IBT exams is beneficial as the candidate can improve their MAT score and can get admission to a better college. If a candidate applies for two MAT exams then his/her scores will be sent to 7 colleges free of cost, but if the candidate applies for only 1 MAT exam then their score will be sent to only 5 colleges.
