KCET Counselling 2023 Documents Required

To complete KCET Counselling 2023 registration and document verification, the candidates are required to carry all the important documents in original with photocopies of each document to their respective facilitation/helpline center. As per the time and date, candidates can visit the nearest helpline for facilitation centres for. KCET 2023 Helpline Centers will be updated by KEA soon after the release of KCET Counselling schedule is released

Candidates who will be eligible for KCET Counselling 2023 will be required to be present at the nearest helpline centres for document verification.
Candidates would be required to be present in the helpline centres as per the schedule which will be released according to the ranks obtained by candidates in KCET 2023.

KCET Counselling Process

KCET Counselling 2023 Procedure

KCET Counselling 2023 procedure consists of four major steps- registration & verification of documents, filling and locking of choices, seat allotment and reporting to the allotted institutes. Candidates who pass KCET 2023 exam can complete their counselling through the below-mentioned steps :

Step 1: KCET Document Verification 2023

Every candidate with a valid KCET 2023 rank needs to appear in the nearest helpline a per the schedule.
Counselling Registration will be confirmed based on KCET 2023 Admission Ticket that can be downloaded from the official website.
Candidates must present their original documents along with two photocopies each at the time of counselling registration and document verification.
Documents will be verified to the ones uploaded during KCET 2023 Registration.
Authorities will provide a verification slip and acknowledgement card upon successful verification.
Verification slip issued to eligible candidates will include details such as documents verified, caste category, and merit rank to which disciple he/she is eligible. Candidates must verify the details mentioned on the verification slip before leaving the helpline centre.
No changes will be entertained once the verification slip is issued and document verification is successfully completed.

Step 2: KCET Choice Filling and Locking 2023

Candidates who successfully complete KCET Document Verification will be required to log in using their unique identity and password.
Candidates can then fill the college and course according to their choice and the marks obtained by them in KCET 2023.
Candidates would also be able to check the Seat Matrix at the time of KCET Choice filling. After commencement of KCET Counselling, candidates will also be given an option to modify options selected by them.

Step 3: KCET Seat Allotment 2023

After completion of Document verification and choice filling, KCET Seat Allotment will be released based on the scores obtained by candidates, KCET Reservation and preference of the candidate.
Candidates who are allotted seats in KCET 2023 Counselling would then be required to confirm their seats by paying fees and downloading allotment order/ admission order.
Candidates can then report to their allotted institute as per the schedule.

Step 4: Reporting to Allotted Institute

Candidates who are allowed seats through KCET 2023 Seat Allotment need to report at their allotted institute with their Allotment letters/ admission orders.
To confirm their admission, candidates will need to report with their documents and allotment letter and pay the required tuition fees.
