KCET Seat Matrix 2023: Course-wise Seat Matrix PDF Download
KCET Seat Matrix 2023 is going to be KEA before every counselling rounds. KCET Seat Matrix is the total number of seats offered by participating engineering and agriculture colleges in Karnataka. KCET Seat Matrix 2023 is one of the factors affecting KCET Cut off. Lesser the number of seats, the higher the cut off for the year. Check KCET Cutoff 2023
- Candidates can complete KCET 2023 Counselling Option Entry based on the seat matrix released for Engineering, Agriculture, Architecture, Veterinary, Naturopathy & Yoga and Pharmacy courses.
- For admission to various colleges and institutes, 15% of seats are reserved under the Government Quota for the rural candidates whereas 5% of seats are there for candidates who completed academic session from the Kannada Medium.
- For admission in any program offered by any regional university, candidates will be shortlisted for 70% of seats.

Candidates can view KCET seat matrix 2023 published by KEA on the official website using the steps mentioned below:
- Step 1: Go to the official website of KEA at kea.kar.nic.in.
- Step 2: Navigate to the link available on the homepage of the site.
- Step 3: Browse through all the links to know the fee structure along with the seat matrix.
- Step 4: Following this process, visit the specific link, after which a PDF file will be disclosed on the screen.
- Step 5: After that, Download the PDF file and take a printout of the same.
Based on the data collected from the previous year, all the candidates should check the provisional seat matrix released for various courses offered by engineering and medical colleges.

Question:I am non-resident of India. Can I get a seat for the pharmacy courses through KCET 2023? If yes, do I need to present any certificate for that?
No, only the candidates with the status of Indian Citizen can apply for the program. No OCI or NRI candidate will be eligible for that.
Question:I have completed my academic session in Kannada medium till the secondary standard. Am I eligible for applying for any courses through KCET 2023?
Ans. Yes, in this case, you can apply for the courses through KCET 2023.
Question: I belong to the general category. I want to take admission in engineering courses through KCET 2023. What are qualifying marks do I need to secure to be eligible for admission?
Ans. In this case, candidates need to secure not less than 50% of marks in aggregate or PCM subjects.
Question: My parents residing outside of Karnataka. And also I have studied outside of Karnataka. Am I eligible to get a seat in any institute or college through KCET 2023?
Ans. In this case, if your parents have the domicile status of Karnataka, then you will get a seat through the entrance test.
Question: I have completed my secondary and higher secondary level examination in the state of Karnataka. And my parents also completed their bachelor’s degree course in the same state. Can I apply for any course by securing KCET Cut Off 2023?
Ans. Yes, you can apply for any course through the entrance examination.
Question: What are the number of seats are there under the Government quota for rural candidates for admission in any courses in any institute in the state of Karnataka through KCET 2023? Is it required to complete the whole academic session from class 1 to class 10 in the state of Karnataka?
Ans. Around 15% of seats are there under the Government Quota for the rural candidates. It is required for all the candidate to complete their education till secondary level from the state of Karnataka.
