Question:I am non-resident of India. Can I get a seat for the pharmacy courses through KCET 2023? If yes, do I need to present any certificate for that?
No, only the candidates with the status of Indian Citizen can apply for the program. No OCI or NRI candidate will be eligible for that.
Question:I have completed my academic session in Kannada medium till the secondary standard. Am I eligible for applying for any courses through KCET 2023?
Ans. Yes, in this case, you can apply for the courses through KCET 2023.
Question: I belong to the general category. I want to take admission in engineering courses through KCET 2023. What are qualifying marks do I need to secure to be eligible for admission?
Ans. In this case, candidates need to secure not less than 50% of marks in aggregate or PCM subjects.
Question: My parents residing outside of Karnataka. And also I have studied outside of Karnataka. Am I eligible to get a seat in any institute or college through KCET 2023?
Ans. In this case, if your parents have the domicile status of Karnataka, then you will get a seat through the entrance test.
Question: I have completed my secondary and higher secondary level examination in the state of Karnataka. And my parents also completed their bachelor’s degree course in the same state. Can I apply for any course by securing KCET Cut Off 2023?
Ans. Yes, you can apply for any course through the entrance examination.
Question: What are the number of seats are there under the Government quota for rural candidates for admission in any courses in any institute in the state of Karnataka through KCET 2023? Is it required to complete the whole academic session from class 1 to class 10 in the state of Karnataka?
Ans. Around 15% of seats are there under the Government Quota for the rural candidates. It is required for all the candidate to complete their education till secondary level from the state of Karnataka.

Ans. In this case, there are 5% of seats under the Government Quota in which candidates from Kannada medium can apply for.
Question: I am from Raichur. For how many seats can I apply for admission in any course in Karnataka through KCET 2023?
Ans. Some states or places are considered as the local area. And the place Raichur falls into this category. You can apply for any courses through the entrance test for around 70% of seats.
