Karnataka PGCET 2022 Merit List is going to be released tentatively in January 2023. KEA declared the results for Karnataka PGCET 2022 on December 29, 2022. Karnataka PGCET 2022 Counselling is expected to start in January 2022. However, KEA has yet to announce the official schedule for counselling and the declaration of merit list. As per the merit defined by the coordinating authority, ranks will be assigned separately for all the programs as per the norms and procedure to the eligible candidates. Karnataka PGCET 2022 Merit List is going to consist of a candidate’s name, candidate’s gender, Application Number, Karnataka PGCET Number, Version Code, Karnataka PGCET Score, and Course Rank. If a rank has been allotted to the candidate, it doesn’t mean that they have a right to join college/ course. A counselling process or seat selection and allotment process is going to confirm the candidate’s admission.
If the marks/ merit of two or more candidates is tied, the following method of tie-breaker will be used:

There is no age limit for sponsored candidates but in the determination of merit, candidates below the age of 45 years will be considered. If the candidate has quit the sponsored institution, they will lose seat under sponsored category.

How to check Karnataka PGECET Results
The rank list will be prepared for VTU, UBDTCE & UVCE and for Kuvempu and Mysore University, the list will be separate but the procedure of merit list preparation will be the same.

After the answer key of the Karnataka PGCET 2022 Exam is declared, candidates will have the options of stating any objections either through e-mail, speed-post or in person to the following address:

Candidates will send proof of their justification and Objections received from the candidates without justification shall not be considered. The expert committee of Karnataka Examination Authority will work on the final decision and publish the Final Answer Key. The Karnataka PGCET Result will also be uploaded soon after publishing the final answer key. The merit list of each course will be published on the official website. There will no request or applications for re-totalling or revaluation of OMR Sheet entertained by Karnataka Examination Authority.
