IIT JAM 2019 Question Paper was divided into 3 sections i.e. Section A, Section B, and Section C containing 30 MCQs, 10 MSQ and 20 NAT questions respectively. The difficulty level of IIT JAM 2019 question paper was considered to be easy across all the subjects, especially the paper for Physics. The seven subjects for which the paper will be conducted this year are Biotechnology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geology, Physics, Mathematical Statistics, and Economics.

In order to successfully clear the IIT JAM cutoffs, the candidates are advised to practice the previous year's question papers which are provided in the table below.
