IIAD Entrance Exam 2023 Result, Scorecard, Merit List and Counselling
IIAD Entrance Exam 2023 Results would be announced shortly after the conclusion of the exam. The results would be followed by IIAD Merit list, and both would be published on the official website of Indian Institute of Art and Design, New Delhi.
- IIAD 2023 Results would display the scores obtained by a candidate in his/her/its respective iMAT/iDAT exam
- Design or Architecture candidates have to appear for iDAT Test and may have to undertake Studio Test Rounds for admissions. After evaluating candidates' performance in iDAT Test and Studio Test, IIAD Merit list of the selected candidates for admissions would be released on the official website of IIAD. - Fashion Design and Fashion Business Management Candidates, would be required to appear for IIAD Personal Interview Rounds for admissions. After accessing the candidates performance in iMAT/iDAT and Personal Interview Rounds,IIAD Merit list of the selected candidates for admissions would be released on the IIAD official website.
- Candidates have to also carry their creative portfolio during the personal interview. It can include their drawings/sketches, needlework, paintings, graphic design, web design, sculpture or photography.
- Along with the Merit List, IIAD Scorecard 2023, for the qualified candidates, would also be released on the official website.
IIAD Entrance Exam would be conducted on April 20 to 22, 2023. The entrance examination is conducted every year by IIAD for offering admission to deserving candidates in its 3 years undergraduate courses in Fashion Design, Communication Design, and Interior Architecture & Design.

How to Check IIAD Entrance Exam 2023 Result?
IIAD Entrance Exam 2023 Result will be announced only in the online mode by IIAD. The steps to check the entrance exam result is as follows:
- Visit the official website of IIAD (www.iiad.edu.in).
- Log in to the website with your user ID and password.
- Click on the link that says “iDAT 2023 admission results”.
- Enter the details that are asked such as your application number and date of birth.
- Your IIAD entrance exam result will appear on your computer screen.
- Save the result.
- Take a printout of the result as it will be required during admission.
Selection of candidates will be on the basis of their score in iDAT and their performance in Studio Test or personal interview rounds.
IIAD Entrance Exam 2023 Scorecard
IIAD Entrance Exam 2023 Scorecard will be released alongside the merit list of the selected candidates. It would only be released for the candidates mentioned who have qualified the exam and would display the marks that candidates have obtained in the examination. IIAD Entrance Exam 2023 Merit List
IIAD Entrance Exam 2023 Merit List will be published on the official website of IIAD after the announcement of results. Selection of candidates is done by IIAD by following a simple two-step evaluation procedure:
- Candidates have to clear iDAT or iMAT, the written tests of IIAD. They must score above the cut off marks.
- Candidates have to perform well in the Studio Test or personal interview rounds.
- The merit list is published by IIAD by evaluating the performance of candidates on both these grounds.
- Candidates whose name will appear in the merit list will be eligible for admission.
During the personal interviews where the emphasis will be given on the confidence level and communication skills of candidates. They will be asked questions about art and design concepts. Candidates have to also carry their creative portfolio during the personal interview. It can include their drawings/sketches, needlework, paintings, graphic design, web design, sculpture or photography.
Candidates who have applied for Lateral entry will not have to give the written examination. Their admission will be on the basis of their performance in the personal interview only
IIAD Entrance Exam 2023 Merit Scholarship
IIAD is known to offer scholarship to candidates who are meritorious. The merit criteria that the institute follows to grant IIAD Entrance Exam 2023 Merit Scholarship to talented candidates are as follows:
