- Applicants applying for the examination must be a citizen of India.
- Applicants must have completed their undergraduate degree in any stream from a recognized University approved by the Government of India.
- Applicants must have scored at least 50% marks in his or her undergraduate degree program.
- Candidates in their final year of graduation or waiting for their final results are also eligible for the application.
- There is no upper age limit to apply for the exam but the candidate must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the exam.

How to apply for the ATMA 2023 Examination?
- Candidates are advised to keep a scanned copy of their signature and photograph ready beforehand before beginning the registration process. The scanned copies should be according to the specifications as prescribed by the exam conducting authority in the guidelines for uploading photographs and signatures.
- Candidates will need to register themselves through their email ID. After the registration, the system will automatically generate a Personal Identification Number and will send it to the candidate's mail ID. Students are advised to note down this PID carefully.
- There is no option of editing the application form once submitted. Therefore, Be careful while filling up the details as no changes will be entertained at later stages.
- Candidates are required to update the digital copies of their Class 10th and Class 12th mark sheets and the copies of the latest caste certificate which is applicable.
- The application fee has to be paid through online mode only. Candidates can make the payment using a debit card or credit card. Payment through demand draft or internet banking will not be allowed.
- Candidates must note down their login credentials as they will be used in the later stages.
Documents required for ATMA 2023 Application
- Digital Copy of passport size photograph and signature of the applicant.
- Digital Copy of CLass 10th, Class 12th, and Graduation mark sheets.
- Digital Copy of latest OBC (Non- Creamy)/ SC/ ST/ DAP category certificate as applicable.
- Sponsored candidates are required to upload a sponsoring certificate as per the format available on the official ATMA website

Step 1: Opening the Official Website
- Visit the official website of ATMA, i.e., https://www.atmaaims.com/.
- Search for the application link.
- Click on the option “Apply Online” and a new application window will appear on the screen.
Step 2: Registration
- The registration process for ATMA 2023 starts with the payment of application fees. The details of the application fees for ATMA 2023 is given below.

- Aspirants can submit the application fees online mode only.
- Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the e-receipt generated after paying the application fees.
- While submitting the application fees, do not click on the “Back” or “Refresh” button in order to avoid double charging.
- The Application fee for ATMA 2023 entrance exam is Rs 1500/-. A 25% concession in fees is applicable for women. Also, 50% Concession is applicable for applicants belonging to the North Eastern States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura).

- In case of payment failure, candidates are advised to enter their login credential again and repeat the process of payment.
- Print the Application form which has the fee details and keep it safely for the future references.
Note:
- Applicants are advised to take the printout of the application form with the fee details. Keep this form safe for future references.
- The application fee already paid is not refundable and adjustable with other applicable fees.
- The candidates who are applying for the second time must make the payment for the second time again.
Step 3: Personal Identification Number (PID)
- After submitting the application fee, Candidates will receive a system-generated Personal Identification Number (PID) on their registered mobile number by SMS as well as on the registered email ID.
- Candidates are advised to keep this PID and password saved for future reference. The same PID will be used as the candidate’s login ID or re-print of application form and print of Admit Card and result.
Step 4: Filling of Application Form
- After generating the PID and password and making successful application fee payment, Candidates can proceed to fill the application form.
- Candidates will be asked to fill the personal details such as Address, Communication details, preferred test city, educational qualifications, marks scored in Class 10th, Class 12th and Graduation.
- Candidates are also required to choose their choice of the institute that accepts ATMA 2023 Scores for admission in their management degree programs.
Step 5: Uploading the Required documents
- After entering the personal details, Candidates will be asked to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature in the format as specified. The extension of the file should be in .jpeg format.
- Candidates are required to paste the same photograph on their admit card and keep it safely for future reference.
Step 6: Submit the Application Form and Take a printout
- After submitting all the details and uploading the required documents, Candidates are required to make the final submission of their application form.
- Click on submit and take the printout of the application form for future reference.

ATMA 2023 Guidelines for uploading the Photograph, Signature
The application may be rejected if the face in the photograph or the signature is unclear. Applicants are advised to edit the application and re-upload the photograph or signature in such a case. Also, the candidates should also ensure that the files are uploaded at their respective places and in the specified format.
Guidelines for Photograph
- The photograph must be a recent passport size colored picture.
- The size of the file should be between 20 to 50 KB.
- The format of the image should be in .jpeg.
- Students must upload the photograph with a dimension between 200 x 230 pixels.
- The picture should be taken against the white light-colored or white background.
- Do not use flash to ensure there’s no red-eye.
- In case you are wearing glasses, make sure that there are no reflections in your glasses and your eyes can be seen.
- Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not allowed.
- The image should not be hazy or ineligible.
Guidelines for Signature
- The size of the file should be between 10 to 20 KB.
- The format of the image should be in .jpeg.
- The dimension of the image should be between 140 x 60 pixels.
- Signatures cannot be done in block letters.
- The signature should not contain anything else like a date.
- It should be done with black or blue ink on white paper.
