AILET Eligibility Criteria 2023 is decided every year by National Law University, Delhi as a gateway to provide admission to the law aspirants to UG & PG courses along with the PhD program. The admissions under foreign nationals shall be made on the following basis:
A total number of 8 seats are offered for AILET 2023 Ph.D. program for Indian nationals. 2 Seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit of evaluation of Research Proposals. It is necessary for candidates to comply with below mentioned eligibility criteria seeking admission to Ph.D. course.
Ques: Can I appear for AILET 2023 with 50% marks in my class 12?
Ans: It depends on which category you are from, the minimum marks required to appear for AILET 2023 in case of general category is 50% and for SC/STY/PwD is 45%.
Ques: Are there any number of seats reserved for the residents of Delhi in AILET 2023?
Ans: No there are no seats reserved for the residents of Delhi in AILET 2023.
Ques: What is the % of seats reserved in AILET 2023 for Person with Disability?
Ans: The University reserves 5% of seats for the PwD Candidates in AILET 2023.
Ques: How many times I can appear for AILET 2023?
Ans: There are no limitations on the number of attempts in AILET. Candidates belonging to any category General or Reserved can appear for the exam provided they fulfil academic and age limit criteria.
Ques: What is the difference in Eligibility Criteria for AILET and CLAT?
Ans: CLAT LLB Exam aspirants must have scored 45% for the general category and 40% for the reserved category. CLAT LLM Exam aspirants must have scored 55% for general category and 50% for reserved categories. AILET, on the other hand, BA.LLB aspirants must have 50% for general and 45% for reserved categories. AILET LLM general category aspirants must have score 55% and reserved category must have 50% scores.
