No candidate shall be allowed to be admitted to the medical curriculum proper of first bachelor of medicine & bachelor of surgery (MBBS) course until:
- The candidate must have appeared NEET exam and should have secured at least qualified status in the result of the prevailing year of application for admission.
- He/She shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31 December of the year of admission to the MBBS course and not more than 25 years.
- HE/She has passed qualifying examination as under.
- The intermediate examination in Science of an Indian University/Board or other recognized examine body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology which shall include a practical test in these subjects and also English as are compulsory subject.
- The candidate must have 50% in physics, chemistry and biology taken together in qualifying examination and pass in English for general candidate at CBSE/ICSE/UP Board or any other equivalent examination.
