Burdwan University offers a Bachelor of Education program under DDE which covers a wide variety of topics and teaching methodologies. The course prepares the student for a teaching career in the future. 

Eligibility criteria

• Candidates who have completed NCTE recognised Teacher Education program are eligible for admission. 
• Applicants must be trained in-service teachers in elementary education to be eligible. 
• Having a graduate degree is mandatory for all applying students in the course. 

Selection Criteria

Selection of the student in B.ed is based on his/her performance in graduation and a minimum of 50% aggregate is a must for all.
