Ramakrishna Mission Vivekanada Centenary College was established in 1944 to commemorate first birth centenary of Swami Vivekanad. The college offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and research courses under the departments of Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and, Language. Rahara Ramakrishna Mission B.Sc Admission 2023

The college offers three-year Bachelor’s in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany and Zoology. Candidates applying for Honors courses in Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics must have passed Higher Secondary Council (West Bengal) examinations or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

For Botany and Zoology admissions, Biology and Chemistry are compulsory at HSC level. Candidates will be admitted to all the B.Sc. specializations through the entrance exam conducted at college level.

Key Points:

English must be one of the subjects in HSC.
For drawing merit list, 50% weightage will be given to candidate’s score in entrance exam and 50% weightage to candidate’s academic performance.
SC/ST//OBC candidates require minimum 40% marks in the concerned subject in order to be eligible to apply.
Applicant’s score in best five subjects will be considered for calculating merit percentage.

At postgraduate level, the college offers Masters Program in Botany and Zoology for the candidates holding graduation degree in related/ concerned disciplines of Science. Admissions will be made through the entrance exam conducted by RKMVCC. Candidate’s academic performance will be considered for issuing final merit list.

Select B.Sc course for UG applications under Admissions tab at the home page.
For PG applications, select M.Sc course.
Separate application form has to be filled for each course.
Pay the application fee and fill the application form online.
Application fee for UG courses is INR 250 and for PG courses is INR 350.
Application fee can be paid online through electronic payment gateway or offline through any SBI branch.
Students can download the filled-in form for future reference by selecting ‘Download Applied Form’ link at the redirected page.

Great peaceful college

Remarks:

UI joined this college by performing the entrance exam and after I qualified entrance exam. An interview is taking place. I performed very well in interview and got selected. I submitted the application form from our college's official website, Our college has reservation benefits many students those are belong to sc st caste get selected easily improvement is required for the admission process.
