NSS undertakes projects like tree plantation, blood donation, AIDS awareness drive and many more.Sports: Students have always been encouraged to participate in sport activities and physical training. The college has appointed personnel for the conduct of sport activities. Sport kits and other equipment are available and allowances are provided in order to encourage them to participate in sports/games. Many of our students have performed at district/ state/ national level and have been awarded.Cultural Activities:The college aims at achieving overall development of its students. In order to identify the hidden talents among the students they are encouraged to perform on stage. They are also encouraged to participate in various events and competitions.

Library: Nalanda College provides an excellent library and resource centre for supporting the educational and research programs of the institute by providing physical and intellectual access to information. The central library has a huge collection of books, titles and prominent journals.
