Offline mode:
- You can download the application form from official website of SRM University.
- Fill the DD number, Amount, Date, Issuing Bank & Branch name. Also write your name & application number on the reverse side of the DD.
- Send the duly filled application form along with Demand Draft of INR 1000 in favor of ‘SRMIST’ payable at Chennai to:

Note: There is no domicile or state regulation to apply for the courses under SRM University. Students from any state or Union Territory can apply.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must have 60% marks in HSC / +2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects.
Admission Guidelines

1.Students will be shortlisted on the basis Medical Entrance Test conducted by SRM University at all India level.
2.Shortlisted students will be called for Counselling on the basis of score of SRM Medical Entrance Test.
3.Selected students have to submit the Demand draft of INR 100,000 drawn in favor of ‘SRMIST’ payable at Chennai.
Final seat allocation will depend on verification of below mentioned documents:
1.Counselling call letter
2.Marks sheet of HSC & SSC
3.Category certificate (if applicable)
4.Demand draft of INR 100,000 (Later on it will be added in the tuition fee)
