Cambridge Institute of Technology an Autonomous Institute was established under the Umesh Education Trust in 1964. For UG courses admission through the Management Admission process is open for Karnataka and non-Karnataka domicile students. SAARC and other foreign candidates are also eligible to apply through the management admission process. - Hostel: The college offers hostel facilities for Boys and Girls separately with a capacity of 500 each. Shortly college is planning to build more hostels for the students. Hostels are annexed with a kitchen along with a dining hall. It is also equipped with a 24*7 water facility and hot water facility.
- Gym: A gym facility is available for physical fitness to the students.
- Library: The library facilitates more than 26,000 books and 75 National and International Journals. At any point in time, 250 members can be seated.
