SDM Institute of Technology, established in 2007 in the region of Mangalore in Karnataka is affiliated to VTU and is approved by AICTE.

Library:

Library is the most crucial piece of any educational system. Many volumes and standard books from foreign authors, handbooks, encyclopedias and technical reports are provided in the library. One time sitting capacity of the library is 300 users at a time. Collection is of more than 27,000 volumes which include books, periodicals, bound volumes, student projects.
 

Hostel:

There are 166 fully furnished rooms in the boys’ hostel. Out of which 62 rooms are 2seater and remaining 104 are 3seater. Also girls’ hostel houses 166 rooms out of which 62 rooms are 2seater and 104 rooms are 3seater.
