Good review

What I Liked

College management are focusing in students improvement
The are doing personality improvement classes for freshers for 1 month
Faculty are way better then encourage students to participate in every activity

What I didn’t like

College management is bit strict for students
Non teaching staff are not listening students problem properly
Management of college need to improve they should hire good staffs

Campus Life:

There are many events conduct in college according to festival like Holi celebration deepawali etc.. Cultural Program, Freshers party, Seminar every month Our library is good larger many books are available not only study Book also about self improvement, communication, entertainment etc In every classroom have AC, projectors, cameras etc In every year sports month are conducted for every sports and other activities also We have many clubs I'm in NSs group

Which is better for CSE, BITS Pilani or ISM Dhanbad?

ISM is good because its tag helps in getting better opportunities in the future. If you're average at coding, even then do not worry because at ISM you will anyway get good packages. Being a government college, the syllabus at ISM Dhanbad is better.

ISM has a placement rate of 100% for CSE in IIT Dhanbad. If you're planning to study abroad then the IIT degree will matter greatly for admission to any foreign University.

As for BITS Pilani, surely it ranks among the top educational institutes in India for engineering. It is on par with the top IITs and the placement rate is 100% like at ISM Dhanbad.

The campus keeps getting renovated and holds a photographic charm with state-of-the-art facilities. The crowd is amazing as well. You can decide based on your location, future goals, preferred weather if you will- because both institutes are at par with each other.

What should I choose: IT at IIIT Allahabad vs. CSE at NIT Bhopal vs. CSE at ISM Dhanbad?

IIT Tag is far more acceptable than NIT. We generally say that NIT and IITs are similar but in reality, it’s exactly the opposite. The first preference is given to IIT and then it is followed by NIT. If you really want to go for a brand then opt for IIT Dhanbad and if not and really want to be a core programmer opt for IIIT Allahabad.

Let’s take a look IIIT Allahabad (IT) and NIT Bhopal (CSE) as they are almost similar. But besides placements there are some other factors, which one should consider and are as follows:

Infrastructure: When you will compare the infrastructure of these two colleges, IIIT Allahabad has better infrastructures and facilities in all aspects.
Alumni base: Considering the fact that NIT Bhopal is a 40-50 years old college, it has a strong alumni base. While IIIT-A started in 1999 and is growing exponentially.
Placements in NIT Bhopal total number of students of (CSE+IT) is 300 and last year 100 companies visited there in campus placement, but in IIIT Allahabad total students (IT) are 270, and 98 companies visited here during campus placements.

According to the above statistics, this should be your choice of preference - IIIT Allahabad (IT)>ISM Dhanbad (CSE) >NIT Bhopal (CSE)

Also, if you are opting for higher studies, then Dhanbad has more opportunities than in NIT Bhopal. Labs and infrastructure are better as compared to NIT Bhopal but Dhanbad has an open campus and anyone can enter there. Considering all these factors, the choice should be - Dhanbad CSE > NIT Bhopal CSE. Also, you just can't neglect an IIT tag yourself.

How is the coding culture at IIT Mandi, IIT Patna, or IIT (ISM) Dhanbad?

One of my friends studies at IIT Dhanbad, and according to him the coding culture of IIT Dhanbad is developed and good. The following points are based on his experience at IIT Dhanbad:

CSE students conduct several coding workshops and students join coding clubs, and associations year-round.
The institute has the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) that organizes seminars, lectures, competitions, and presentations if you are interested in coding.
It also has Cyverlabs Club with different branches such as Web Development, Machine Learning, Arduino Development, etc. The club is headed by experienced seniors of IIT Dhanbad.
They also help and train students in gaining computing skills.

Therefore, if you are thinking to join IIT Dhanbad then you can go for it. It has a great coding culture. Also, the institutes organize various coding events and competitions for students all around the year which helps them acquiring a good knowledge of it.
