Admission to the B.Sc. (Hospitality and Hotel Administration) course offered by IHM Bhubaneshwar is done on the basis of merit. Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board of education. The course has a duration of 3 years.

Candidates who have qualified a national level eligibility test (NCHMCT-JEE) can submit their scores which will be taken into consideration during the selection process.

The courses have a duration of:

• Post Graduate Diploma in Accommodation Operations and Management: 1 ½ years.
• Craftsmanship Course in Food and Beverage Service: 24 weeks.
• Certificate Course in Food Production: 1 ½ years.
