Aspirants seeking admission to 2 Years Full-Time M.Pharm Program must have completed Graduation in B.Pharm Program from a recognised Institute or University.
Students are offered various PG courses by the University in various specialisations. Selection of students in these courses are solely Merit-based. The academic performance of the students in the qualifying examination is considered. The following table gives details regarding the courses.

If it is for WES, that is conversion of percentage to GPA then make sure attestation by the principal is not there. Because WES requires attestation only from the registrar or controller of examinations.
