SIMS offers one year diploma in nautical science to its students. Each course has its own eligibility criteria along with certain eyesight criteria as mentioned in the table below. SIMS also conducts an online entrance exam for all the courses offered by the institute. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for diploma in science includes the following:
