Prince Institute of Innovetive Technology (PIIT), Noida was established in 2002 and is running under the aegis of Bharat Veerangana Avantibai Educational Sansthan. The college is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU). It is approved by University Grants Commission (U.G.C), All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E) and Distance Education Council (DEC).  The college offers many programs in the fields of Management and Engineering.
