Online mode
Candidates seeking admission to any of the UG/PG courses can start the application process by filling the Online Application Form. Here are the steps to apply:
- Visit the official website
- Application form is available under the “Apply Online” tab on the homepage
- Once the application form has been duly and correctly filled, submit the form
- Make the payment of INR 1100 as the application fee by using a credit card/debit card of any bank
On successful application, the applicant will be provided a unique ID which will be his/her unique identification number throughout the admission process. An auto-generated Email/SMS will be sent to the candidate’s email id/mobile number.
Offline mode
For walk-in registration, the candidate can walk-in to the college’s admissions office at:

The payment of the fee for walk-in registration can be made either in cash or via DD in the name of 'Galgotias University' which is to be submitted after filling the form. The candidate will be provided with an inquiry number at the time of registration.
The following documents are required to be submitted along with the application form:
- UPSEE 2016 Allotment Letter, Seat confirmation fee receipt & Admit Card (If Seat allotment through UPSEE-2016 counselling) – 2 copies
- Rank Letter of Entrance Exam(UPSEE/JEE-Main/CMAT/GATE/Other) (If Admitted direct at College Level) – 2 copies
- 10th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificates – 2 copies
- 12th Mark Sheet – 2 copies
- Diploma Final year Marksheet – 2 copies
- Graduation Final year Marksheet – 2 copies
- Transfer Certificate from Last attended institute – Original + 1 photocopy
- Migration Certificate from Last attended institute – Original + 1 photocopy
- Character Certificate from Last attended institute – Original + 1 photocopy
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC only) – 2 copies
- Sub Category Certificate (Physically Handicapped/Armed Forces/Freedom Fighters Only) – 2 copies
- Income Certificate (FW students only) – 2 copies
- Domicile Certificate (If Applicable)
- Aadhar Card (If Applicable)
- Affidavit for Gap year (If Applicable) – Original + 1 photocopy
- Anti-ragging Affidavits (Students & Parents) – Original
- Passport-size photo – 5 Nos.
In the event that the candidate wishes to apply for more than one course, separate forms are to be filled for every course and application fee paid accordingly.
