FGIET B.Tech Admission 2023

Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology offers B.Tech in 4 specializations. Applicants who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board with minimum 45% (40% for reserved category) marks are considered eligible for admission to B.Tech course.

Also, it is compulsory for all applicants to qualify UPSEE conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh.

Selection of the candidate is done on the basis of their performance in UPSEE. Allotment of seats and admission is given through Central Admission Board (CAB).

Key points:

Economically weaker meritorious candidates get the facility to take admission against Tuition Fee Waiver seats. No tuition fee is charged from such candidates.
100% of the seats in each branch of B.Tech are filled by the UPSEE qualified candidates.
NRI candidates can get admission against 5% of total intake as per the instructions of Uttar Pradesh.
Kashmiri Migrants may get admission to B.Tech course according to the norms of AICTE as instructed by UP Government.
Applicants whose result of qualifying examination is awaited are eligible to apply for UPSEE but are not given admission unless they don’t submit all the required documents at the time of document verification.

FGIET MCA Admission 2023

The institute offers full-time MCA course at the PG level. Candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% (45% for SC/ ST candidates) and have studied Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level, and have also qualified UPSEE are considered eligible for admission to MCA course.

Selection of the candidates is done on the basis of their merit in UPSEE conducted by APJAKTU.

User facts:

There are total 11 papers in UPSEE with multiple choice objective type questions.
Paper 10 is for MCA and has 100 MCQs of 400 marks.
It will be conducted in online mode.
There will be no negative marking.

Choose a password and use it until the examination is over.
Pay the application fee of INR 1200 for Male/ Transgender candidates of General Category/ OBC and INR 600 for SC/ ST/ Female candidates through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
