As I mentioned before, the companies that come to recruit in RCSS are mostly MNCs with quite good packages. Many of my seniors have been placed in KPMG, EY GDS, Wipro, and Amazon in various roles such as tax associates, tax analysts, etc with good packages. The placement procedures goes long way and give good effort for them to grab these opportunities.
