• Candidates can download the concerned application form available at the official university website.
• Candidates can also obtain the application form along with the brochure in person upon payment of required fee of Rs. 2000/- (for DM & M.Ch course) and corresponding fee amount for other courses
• Candidates can also request for the application form to be sent by post. Candidate must attach Demand Draft (DD) of required fee amount for different PG courses along with the requisition letter
• Fees must be submitted through demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of the “Registrar, MAHER” payable at Chennai

1. Attested photocopy of mark sheet/ proof of appearing +2 examination
2. Attested photocopy of transfer certificate
3. Attested photocopy of Community certificate issued by Tahsildar

5. Two passport size colour photographs

Admission to MCh courses are made through an all India competitive entrance examination conducted by the University. Candidates who have passed the MD/MS examination are eligible to appear in the entrance examination.
