TVM Medical College, also known as Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, was the first medical college in Kerala, established in 1951. The college is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences. TVM Medical College was approved by the Kerala Directorate of Medical Education.

TVM Medical College offers admission in many courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate and super-speciality levels.
MBBS is the one popular course available at TVM Medical College.
