At Undergraduate level, Adhunik Institute of Education and Research offers B.Sc. degree in two specialisations, BPT, BBA and BCA programs. Minimum eligibility for admission to BBA and BCA is that candidate should have passed HSC with at least 45% marks. For B.Sc course, candidate must have passed HSC with Biology and at least 45% marks.

Candidates applying for admission to BPT course should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Biology subject and minimum 45% marks.

Admission to all the courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Adhunik Institute of Education and Research offers two years M.Sc program in Biotechnology and Microbiology and MPT Program. Candidates applying for M.Sc. course should have passed B.Sc or equivalent course in the relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks. Applicants for MPT course must have passed BPT or equivalent from a recognized institute/ university with minimum 50% marks.

Selection to both the programs is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
