The Gujarat government has decided to establish a new Kaushalya Skill University in order to facilitate skill-based education, skill development, and entrepreneurship. According to the reports, the Gujarat assembly on Tuesday passed the ‘Kaushalya’ the Skill University Bill 2021, that
