Dr. HLT College of Pharmacy, Karnataka was started in the year 1987 by Sri Hombe Gowda Education Trust. The college was started to promote the excellence of late Sr. Dr. H.L. Thimmegowda, Ex-Minister of Health and family welfare, Govt. of Karnataka. The mission of this college is to provide necessary knowledge & skills to commence practicing competently in a variety of settings including Pharmacy, Community Pharmacy Hospital and Industrial Pharmacy, To meet the needs of Society locally, regionally and worldwide with focus on the growth of students along with institution and To provide standards of Pharmacy profession for developing global competencies with successful implementation of "GOOD PHARMACY EDUCATION PRACTICE" and to project the role of future pharmacist of India as important and competent health care professional in providing the optimal value services to the society.
