Some of my friends studied at Bhawanipur college (BESC). According to them it is nothing but just hyped by everyone.  If you are getting a chance at Umesh Chandra college opt for it. This will also save you an amount of 1.5 lakhs. Moreover, internal marks for BESC students are marked in a single-digit, which is discouraging Comparatively the government colleges are better as they mark double-digit marks. The internal exams are only conducted for the sake to follow the guidelines of CU.
