The candidate should 10+2 in relevant stream from a recognized board

Chittaranjan College has B.Com General and Honors courses in its academic curriculum and each course is of 3 years duration.

The minimum eligibility requirement of B.Com General Course is 10+2 with pass marks in Mathematics/ Accountancy and English subjects, while for B.Com Honors course in Accounting and Finance candidates must have passed 10+2 with minimum 55% marks in aggregate along with 60% marks (for reserved category candidates it is 55%) in Accountancy and Mathematics.

Selection of the candidates for admission to both B.Com (General) and B.Com (Honors) is done on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination.

• It is mandatory for the applicants to choose English as one compulsory subject and any one out of Hindi, Urdu, and Bengali as another compulsory subject while applying for admission to B.Com (General & Honors.).
• The college releases the merit list after the evaluation of all the received application on its website and shortlisted candidates shall complete all the admission formalities.
