American University Scholarships

International students may avail Merit-based to be able meet their educational expenses.

No separate application is required for First-year undergraduates as the students will be considered for scholarships right after their admission. However, a separate application is required for AU Emerging Global Leader Scholarships.
The undergraduate scholarships are generally partial. Make sure, the Merit-based scholarships are limited due to higher level of competition. The scholarships can be renewable for up to 4 years based on the student's academic performance.
The graduate students are eligible for merit-based scholarships, fellowships and assistance. The Merit-based scholarships are offered as a waiver based on 12 credits to full tuition fee. Stipends are also available.
