The AACSB-accredited Human Resource Management and Labor Relations, M.S. allows you to dive into HR fundamentals—such as employment law, employee relations, financial acumen, and organizational psychology—all from a global perspective.
Students will receive career preparation through class projects, internships, and mentoring by faculty and alumni.
Students will also experience professional development opportunities on an ongoing basis, learning about the latest trends from HR and labor relations professionals throughout the semester and attending major Long Island and New York City SHRM conferences and events.
Students can also further tailor their degrees to their career goals by taking specialized courses in compensation, benefits, talent management, and more.

Academic Eligibility:
Students should have completed a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent from a recognized university
Students are required to maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
Language Requirments:
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and PTE to get admission to this program.
