All first-time college students must live on campus for two semesters (Fall/Spring or Spring/Fall) and enrol in a freshman food plan for both semesters.   • Center Pointe Suites: This is the first option for first year students. It has single and double occupancy rooms with semi-private bathrooms, wardrobe and furniture.The residence hall also has a patio with grill.
  • The Oaks: This Hall has single occupancy rooms as well as double occupancy rooms with private and semi-private bathrooms. The Oaks is next to East Commons dining hall and offers facilities like meeting/presentation room, a pool table and a vending machine den.
  • University Suites: University Suites have suite-style residence halls with semi-private bathrooms.It also has the housing Academic Resource Centre and conference room.
  • Almost all the residence halls have 24 hour laundry room, large and private study rooms, TV lounge, multipurpose room with full-sized catering kitchen

The rates range from 2,500 USD to 3,700 USD per year depending on the choice of residence hall and the choice of the room. Application fee is 150 USD for new students and 50 USD for returning students. An additional social fee of 20 USD is also charged.
