Western Oregon University Scholarships 

The International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) at Western Oregon University is a qualifying scholarship program for existing and new international students. The scholarship is awarded based on the student's academic achievement, financial need, and capacity to undertake cultural service.

In exchange for this honor, students must do 80 hours of cultural and/or community service for the state of Oregon throughout the academic year. An amount of 9000 USD is awarded to the eligible undergraduate and graduate students per academic year.
