Off-Campus Accommodation

WSU does not provide off-campus housing. However, postings for apartments and houses can be found in the classified sections of local newspapers. Housing will be posted under "for rent." Some property owners post "for rent" flyers on school bulletin boards and in local stores.

Students will be required to pay a security deposit while renting the apartment. This deposit to the landlord is typically equal to one month's rent.
