Alliant International University Campus

The primary campus of Alliant International University San Diego, California lies at the hillsides of Scripps Ranch. The campus is around 10 miles away from the beach. The campus is home to several classroom buildings, a large lecture hall, MacDonald Hall, and the University Student Center. Approximately 1,200 graduate students and 150 undergraduate students enrolled at the San Diego campus of Alliant International University.

The university also has other campuses located in Fresno, Irvine, Los Angeles, Sacramento, and San Francisco. 

Housing/ Residence Facilities

There is no housing faculty offered on campus but the University encourages exploring what the city of San Diego has to offer. Students are required to look for off-campus student housing options near the university campus. The University has ties with two residentials which offers rooms to students 

  • Anatolia Corporate Housing, located in Mirada at La Jolla Colony and Costa Verde Apartments. Around 8.4 miles away from the campus, that means a 20-minute drive. They offer fully furnished shared and private rooms alongside amenities like wireless internet, assigned parking, cable TV, and VCRs. The complex has swimming pools, a business center, maid services, and a fitness center.
  • Ascent at the Campus of Life, this a tie project with the University. The campus is within a walking distance from the housing.

Scholarship and Financial Aids

Alliant International University offers over 25 scholarships for students to finance their studies in the USA. A few of the scholarships offered at the university are: 

  • A.L. and Sophie Shapiro Scholarship: Two students get 1,500 USD scholarships. Students are required to submit a scholarship application along with a resume and an essay. 
  • Allan Harry Rhoads Scholarship: One student gets 600 USD as the scholarship amount. Students are required to submit a resume, statement of intent and an abstract of dissertation. 
  • Alliant International University Alumni Grant: 2,500 USD for Alliant Alumni who enroll in a Master's Degree level program; 5,000 USD for Alliant Alumni who enroll in a Doctoral Degree level program. To be eligible for the same. Students must be an Alliant graduate and must meet the admission requirements and be fully admitted to the program. 

Other notable scholarships include Andrew Curry Memorial Scholarship, Ann Hozier Scholarship, Arthur Kovacs Academic Merit Scholarship, Callan Smith Meltzoff Scholarship etc.
