2. Fill the registration form carefully with the required details.
3. Then you will get a registration no. on your mobile/ email.
4. Enter the registration no. and login yourself.
5. Fill the application form carefully and pay the registration fee.
6. Finally submit the form and take a print out for the same as future reference.

• Copy of High School Mark sheet as proof of Date of Birth
• Copy of High School Certificate
• Copy of Mark sheet of Intermediate/12th or Equivalent
• Copy of Intermediate/12th Certificate
• Copy of Mark sheets of Graduation (if applicable)
• Valid Score Card of entrance exam (as applicable)
• Copy of Domicile Certificate (for Uttarakhand Candidates only)
• Copy of Cast Certificate for SC/ST/OBC Candidates only
• Copy of Proof of Residential Address (Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill / Aadhaar Card etc.)
• Affidavit (In case of Gap year)

• Transfer/Migration Certificate
