One of my friends studied at St. Joseph College Bangalore. According to him, it is a very green and safe campus. Here are some facts about it:
This course gives students a global aspect of accounting. It includes various fields of the business like entrepreneurship and finance specialization. The exam structure is divided equally between end-semester papers, CIAs, and mid-semester papers. Cultural fests and Inter-College competitions are also conducted which provides enough exposure.
I might not have studied B.Com with ACCA at St. Joseph College, Bangalore, but one of my friends did, so let me share his experience, which might answer your question.
It all goes down to how well you can manage your time. Go for it, if you think you can do it together. All of this is based on my friend's experience. This experience might vary in case of other students.
According to one of my friends studying at St. Joseph College, the cut-off score here is 75 percent, and three lists are announced every year by the college.
The third list is for the students who scored above 75%. Although only 3 or 4 students out of ten who score 75 are shortlisted, based on their scores in science and mathematics.
The first list is usually declared in the middle of May. The second list is published at the end of May, and the third list is released in the second week of June when the first week of college has begun.

You can get detailed information regarding fees on the college website. If you are new to Karnataka state, then the university may ask you for an additional 10,000 for admitting to a new board. However, if you are a non-Karnataka student but passed your 12th or PUC from the Karnataka board then you don’t have to pay the additional amount.
Also, if you take foreign languages like Garman or Franch then your college fees will be a little higher.
St. Joseph’s College Bangalore interview is conducted only for a namesake. But do not take it lightly. Make sure you look and sound sharp and proper.
Keep your answers short and to the point. Do not elaborate on any information unnecessarily. go on elaborating information when it is not necessary.
If you are called for the PI be assured that you already have become a part of the college. There is no reason to feel worried, be yourself, and answer with confidence and honesty.
Yes, St. Joseph College Bangalore offer hostel facilities to girls. There is a small hostel accommodation available for girls just outside of the college campus in Shantinagar. The facility is managed by nuns. It is a walkable distance of 100-150 meters from the campus. It is situated just behind the college.
The electronics department at St. Joseph Pu College, Residency Road is not that great. However, in St. Joseph’s Indian Composite PU College at Vittal Mallya Road, the Electronics department is comparably good. The faculties are doing a good job. Overall, St. Joseph is not a great option for Electronics. It is bast for Commerce and Arts courses.
Both Christ University and St. Joseph College Bangalore are reputed. In terms of quality of education, the former is a little ahead. However, economically St. Joseph is a better choice. As the course fees are more affordable. But both will provide you with decent opportunities. Christ offers better foreign exposure in terms of foreign lecturers and professors.
Christ is also quite strict regarding dress codes and rules on campus. Accommodation around Christ is cheaper compared to St. Joseph. Since St. Joseph is located in central Bangalore.
