Allahabad University MA Eligibility Criteria 

The applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria in order to apply for MA:

• The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 50% from CBSE or any other recognised Indian Board.
• The candidate must hold a graduation degree in the concerned discipline from a recognised university or college.
• The candidate must have at least 50% in their graduation.
• Only female candidates can apply for an MA in music.

Allahabad University MA Admission Guidelines

Allahabad University provides Masters of Arts (MA) to the students who are graduates and the first preference is given to the fresh graduates over the other graduates. The admission is taken on the basis of an entrance exam post graduation admission test (PGAT) conducted by the university. The unreserved category requires 30% to clear the entrance and the reserved category requires 27%.

• Then, candidates must register themselves and login by creating their account.
• The candidates must then select the desired program.
• Fill the application form with all the essential details like name, educational qualifications, contact details correctly.
• Upload all the documents like scanned photograph, signature in the application form.
• Submit the application form.
• Pay the fees only through debit card, credit card or net banking as per your preference.
• The fees for PGAT 1 is 800 for general and 400 for reserved category.
• The fees for PGAT 2 is 1600 for general and 800 for reserved category
• The candidates must also note that they cannot withdraw from the entrance once they have submitted the application form.
