LPU BFA admission 2024 is open now. Admission to BFA at LPU will be done through the LPUNEST entrance examination. The last date to apply for LPUNEST 2024 Phase-II is February 15, 2024. LPUNEST 2024 Phase I Exam will be held till February 05, 2024.

LPU BFA Course

Lovely Professional University’s BFA is a 4 years program divided into 8 semesters in which the university offers its worthy students to study abroad for 4 semesters and acquire a foreign degree. A student applying for the BFA program at LPU must have qualified class 10th and 10+2 from a recognised board along with more than 50% marks in aggregate of five best subjects.

For International students eligibility criteria for gross marks will be given by the awarding board or university.

LPU BFA Selection Criteria

In order to get admission in the BFA program at LPU, students need to qualify LPUNEST Exam for Scholarship. If a student fails to qualify the LPUNEST exam in the first attempt, they can apply for the second attempt in the same manner by paying an additional fees.

LPU BFA Admission 2024

Interested candidates can follow the given steps to proceed with an application at LPU for the BFA course.

Step 1: Go on the official website of Lovely Professional University www.lpu.in

Step 2: Register yourself on LPU ADMIT by providing current email ID / Mobile number along with other details.

Step 3: University will send you a mail on the given email id, generate password and login for further process.

Step 4: Fill the application form sincerely, opt your course from the given course list and pay the required fees.

Step 5: After successful attainment of payment, a unique registration number is created and sent to candidates email id for submission of documents.

Step 6: Submit all the required documents along with passport size photographs and DOB Proof.

Step 7: The application form and a soft copy of the LPUNEST Kit cost INR 1000 (for boys) and INR 500 (for girls). The cost of the application form and the printed LPUNEST kit is Rs.1500 (for boys) and INR 1000 (for girls).

Step 8: After payment choose the online exam slot and appear for the exam.

Lovely Professional University is pretty good in all aspects such as academics, infrastructure, faculty, ranking, etc. LPU has a brilliant faculty base. Most of the faculty members are alumni of IITs, IIMs, NITs, etc. The institute has a good placement record. LPU placements 2022 witnessed the highest CTC of INR 42 LPA. Major MNCs like Godrej Consumer, CEAT, Allianz, Hindustan Unilever, etc. visit the campus placement. LPU has a good ecosystem for entrepreneurship as well. If you have a good idea, you can get seed funding from the institute. All basic amenities are available on campus. You won’t need to go out to get anything. The campus has a central library, a shopping mall, indoor sports facilities, public and private sector banks, ATMs, etc. LPU is one of the best private universities in the country. You can benefit a lot from attending the institute.

No, these universities almost have zero credibility. You have to realize the fact that the main goal of these big universities is to make money. I have heard a lot of reviews from my friends who studied at these universities. Following are lesser-known facts about these universities: During the admission, you will be told about the institute and will be assured about top-class facilities including AC in your classrooms. When you get allured in, you will face reality. Your expectations will be barely met. Most of the teaching faculties are newly appointed with most of them having no experience in teaching at all. Most of them will vanish after that semester and again, new faculties are appointed. Attendance criteria is very strict and teachers' way to control students. Even if you are five minutes late to the class, talking in class, or unable to answer a question in class, you are marked absent. There is no particular format for allotting the internal assessment or Semester end exam marks. If teachers are not that fond of you, you are definitely going to have a tough time here. Making students reappear in their exams is a new scheme of making money for these institutes. Whenever the results are out, around 80% of the class is going to fail in one or more papers. To reappear for one paper, you have to pay 5-8K. Fee demand is very high and ROI is very low, due to which the number of students drop out every year. You will be judged in every aspect, based on what you are wearing, that too if you are a girl. You will be sent back to hostels. Overall it's a no-brainer to avoid attending these institutes. Paying so much when you are getting so little in return, makes literally no sense at all. So think twice before opting for any of these institutes.

Chandigarh University is the better choice among these two. CU has a great pool of teachers. The faculties are well-experienced. You can also ask for their help any time you need it. The management on campus is great. It is one of the safest campuses in North India. Ragging is strictly prohibited on campus. Chandigarh University Placement - CU is conducting its 2022 placement drive. More than 757 recruiters have made around 7500 placement offers. The highest CTC offered this year is 52.11 LPA. But CU has a strict 75% attendance policy. You will need to attend classes regularly, as there is no poxy policy.
