• Candidates can register themselves to the M.Phil course by submitting the fee of Rs. 1000/- (INR 1100 for Ph.D course) through DD only towards processing and entrance test fee, drawn in favour of the Head of the Department concerned for which admission is sought/Director, WSRC in case of M.Phil in Womens’ Studies, and payable at the SBI, Berhampur-760007.
• Candidate must have to send the filled in application form along with all the documents to the head of the department and director women’s studies research centre in case of M.Phil in women studies by Registered Post/Speed Post.

Enclosures:

1. Certificates and Mark Sheets of all examinations from H.S.C. to Master’s Degree.
2. Certificate of teaching experience, if any.
3. Copies of publications, if any.
4. Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended.
5. No objection certificate from the employer, if employed.
6. Certificate in support of his/her claim against reserved quota (SC and ST) issued by competent Revenue Authority.
7. Two self addressed envelopes of size 22 × 10 cm each affixed with postage stamps worth Rs. 25/- (rupees twenty-five) only.
8. Original Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of Head of the Department (for which admission is sought)/Director, WSRC towards processing and entrance test fee.
