Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time M.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement

A Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science and Technology/ Dairy Technology from a recognized University with an OGPA of 6.0/10 or equivalent OGPA/ equivalent percentage or 50% marks in the traditional system. For SC/ ST candidates the OGPA shall be 5.5/10 or equivalent.

Entrance Exam

Admission to M.Tech program is done through the entrance examination and the interview conducted by the University. The University also undertakes a Residency program for M.Tech. programs with the same rules and regulations as M.V.Sc. Residency programs. The selection is based on the merit of the candidate. The maximum age limit is 40 years for the General category and 45 years for the SC/ST category.
