Students seeking admission to any of the Doctoral courses offered by the Institute need to fill an application form available online only. The students can apply for admission in only one discipline.

Along with the application form, students need to submit the self-attested copy of the following documents:

Class 10th and 12th Mark sheet as a proof of Date of Birth.
Master's Degree Certificate along with the Mark sheets.
Category certificate, if applicable.
Students who are appearing in their Master's Degree final year Examination, need to submit a certificate as at Annexure - VI.
Bachelor's Degree certificate along with the Mark sheets.

Once, the application is submitted successfully along with the fee payment, students are expected to appear in the Entrance Examination. Admit Cards for the same could be downloaded as per the schedule.

Aspirants seeking admission to 3-year Full-time Ph.D. program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Candidates must have M.Sc./M.Sc.(Ag.)/M.Tech./M.E. in Entomology / Agricultural Entomology / Zoology or Plant Protection with Entomology as specialization / Relevant Life Sciences from any recognized university.

Admission Criteria	On the basis of qualifying examination followed by entrance test conducted by the college and Based on a written test conducted at various examination centers all over the country.
