Review on GITAM, visakhapatnam

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the campus from the 7th semester and there are a lot of companies that offer placements like TCS, Accenture, Hexaware, Amazon, etc. The average package is 5LPA and the Highest package is 46LPA offered by Amazon. About 70 per cent of students go to placements and the remaining to go for higher studies. I am going to join MBA after getting my degree.

Remarks:

I did not take an entrance exam to join GITAM Visakhapatnam, I joined through recommendation but there is an admission test and the application fee is Rs.1200/- and I have joined Computer science and engineering and the fees for the course for B.tech CSE is 272200 in 2019.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am not that satisfied with the course curriculum because there are some unnecessary subjects that are required by a CSE student. Faculty are cooperative and very helpful in giving valuable suggestions and helping with projects.

Remarks:

I joined college based on EAMCET exam rank and other ways are gitam entrance exam, jee mains score, and sports quota. The application form is available on the gitam website, and the charge is 1000 for application fees

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty is awesome they all are well trained and they have at least 5-10 years of teaching experience they all teach us well and they also follow the rules of management and they all take care of my students well.

Remarks:

The course curriculum is good. there are three mids for every semester they chose the best of two mids for 30 marks and 10 marks for assignment remaining 60 marks for the semester exam. there are two semesters every year. total of eight semesters is held. Placement and job opportunities are wonderful in our college. our college does not provide internships but they will provide details of all reputed companies' internship availabilities. I am blessed to join this.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I am very passionate about coding and also I can see a very distinct and valuable future as this is a very vast and extensive course also with our university we have a 1:40 student-to-faculty ratio.

Remarks:

The eligibility for the courses is 10+2 E and we should write a GAT exam so we can get into the campus and the application form. We can find the application form in (Gitam). EDU website. And there is a scholarship for this exam

I am interested in this field and the faculty at GITAM is very good at teaching they will understand the student very well and the qualification of every faculty is more than MTech and PhD level. The exam difficulties are medium level and we have 3 minutes and one-semester exam

Placement Experience:

In the 6th semester, students are eligible for placements and in gitam so many placements are coming like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, etc. the highest package was 40 LPA And the average is 10 LPA. 99% percent of students will get placed. I want to crack in MMANG.

Remarks:

The admission process is easy and we can apply online eligibility for my course is 10+2. We can apply through the official gitam website and we should write the entrance exam and we can get a scholarship according to the rank we get.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for semester 7. The campus selection is given a lot of priority. And is done based on GPA. Google, TCS, Microsoft, and many more companies visit often and many offers were made. The highest package was 54 lakhs and the average is 10 lakhs. A minimum of 8 GPA is required for the students to qualify. My plans are to move abroad after my degree.

Remarks:

There was an entrance exam called GAT(Gitam admission test). I gave it online due to covid. The test was simple with basic intermediate questions. I got a rank of 541 which gave me a 50% scholarship. The scholarship continues only if the student scored 8gpa every year. There are no improvements I would like to suggest.

Gitam university Vizag review

Placement Experience:

The placements were good in this college. I heard from seniors that their fellow students got placed in many International companies like adobe, google, and Microsoft. The highest package is 25L per year placed in adobe company.

Remarks:

Yes, I wrote the GITAM admission test, GITAM provides scholarships for merit students in the admission test if you get below 1000 rank you will be awarded a 25 percent scholarship, below 500 you will get 50 percent, below 100 you will get 75 percent and below 10 you will be awarded a free seat.

Knowing about gitam

Placement Experience:

Placements on campus are very good in gitam different companies come to take interviews and made many offers for the students and the highest package is around 40lac and average package is 20lac and the percentage of students getting placements is above 75% and my plans after the degree is to do MTech.

Remarks:

We have to take the entrance exam Gat and eligibility, of course, must pass the intermediate (12th Class) application form is online we have to fill in details and application fees has to be paid and the dates are given on the website and based on our marks percentage of fees should be calculated.

Both GITAM and Amrita are among the top colleges. Having friends studying in both the institutes, I have gathered some ideas about them. Amrita has comparatively a higher fee structure than GITAM. GITAM on the other hand provides much more opportunities to its students. The faculty here is terrific as they belong from top institutes. The infrastructure is splendid and developed. The campus has a pleasant environment and the academics are outstanding. The placement opportunities are contenting compared to Amrita. It would be more improved by the time you reach your graduation year.
