St George’s Hospital Medical School established in 1733 was initially based in Hyde Park Corner. It was the second teaching hospital in England to provide formal training to doctors. St George’s is the only university in the UK to specialize in Medicine and Health Care. The University enrolls around 5,500 students every year and 800 faculty members.

  • St George’s, University of London campus is located in the south of London in Tooting.
  • The University shares its campus with the St George's Hospital which is home of Channel 4’s 24 hours in A&E. It is fully equipped with state of the art educational technologies.

St. George’s Residence

  • St George’s offers on-campus accommodation to students at residence halls and Horton Halls, located 15 minutes away from the main campus.
  • Each flat can accommodate 4-8 students and consists of bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area.
  • The University offers guaranteed accommodation to first-year students provided they submit an accommodation request before July 1, 2023.
  • The hall has 332 standard rooms furnished with a single bed and 154 premium rooms equipped with a small double bed.
  • All rooms have standard furnishing of a bed, carpet, wardrobe, desk and chair, desk lamp, bookcase, fan, waste paper basket etc. The shared kitchens contain fridges, microwaves, toasters, kettles, dishwashers etc.
  • Internet access is available in every room. On-site laundry facilities, common rooms and secure reception centres are also available in each block.

St. George’s Courses
